The ATS2020 final conference “Transversal skills for the 21st century” is taking place today 2nd February, from 9:30a.m-4:00 pm, at the Flemish Parliament in Brussels. Around 200 people from the sectors of Education (teachers, school leaders, inspectors, researchers, policy makers are expected to participate.
Sessions will include speeches by prominent researchers in the field of Educational Technology and Innovative teaching methods. Digital learning and use of ePortfolios in Education will be emphasized. Dr. Helen Barrett, Dr. Yves Punie, Professor Deirdre Butler will deliver speeches.
The conference will also showcase the experience of the implementation of the ATS2020 learning model in pilot countries, and discuss the evaluation results of the experimentation. Participants will discuss the impact of the ATS2020 learning model, and set out to draft policy recommendations for promoting 21st century skills in Education across Europe.
